From our first conversation to the moment you receive your jewel, every stage is personal, transparent, and thoughtfully guided.

    We begin with a personal consultation, in the Carnaxide studio or online, to explore your story, inspiration, preferences, and the meaning you want your jewel to carry.
  2. Your Design
    I translate your ideas into an original design and guide you through the choice of materials, gemstones, colours, and details. You then receive the final proposal and budget for approval.
  3. Handcrafted for You
    Once the design and final budget are approved, full payment confirms the order. Your jewel is then individually handcrafted with care and attention to every detail.
  4. Your Jewel’s Story Continues
    After the final details and quality checks, your jewel is delivered with its certification. You may also choose a Design Portfolio documenting its journey from the first ideas to the final piece.

Inherited, broken, or unworn gold can be carefully assessed and transformed into a new bespoke jewel, preserving its emotional connection while giving it a form that belongs to your life today.

Each transformation is evaluated individually, considering the condition, quantity, and composition of the gold, as well as the design you wish to create.

FAQ

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

Not at all. You may arrive with a clear design, a gemstone, a photograph, a memory, or simply a feeling you would like the jewel to represent. Part of my role is to help you transform those first ideas into a coherent and original design.

How long does a bespoke jewel take to create?

The timeline depends on the complexity of the design, the materials, and the availability of the selected gemstones. After understanding your project, I will provide an estimated production timeline before you confirm the order.

Can I use my own or inherited gold?

Yes. Inherited, broken, or unworn gold may be used in a new jewel after it has been assessed. The feasibility and quantity required depend on the composition of the gold and the design you would like to create.

Can you reproduce a jewel from another brand or designer?

I do not reproduce another creator’s work. Reference images may help us understand your preferences, but the final jewel will always be an original Tatiana Marques design created specifically for you.

What happens after I submit the form?

I will personally review the information and contact you by WhatsApp. We can then clarify your ideas, discuss the next steps, and decide whether to schedule a consultation in the Carnaxide studio or online.

Can I still request a bespoke jewel in silver?

Yes, until July 31, 2026. After this date, Tatiana Marques Jewelry will no longer accept new silver projects as the brand moves into a new stage increasingly devoted to gold.
