Depending on the product or project, Tatiana Marques Jewelry may work with legally recognized precious-metal finenesses including:

750‰ — 18 carats;
585‰ — 14 carats; and
375‰ — 9 carats.

Silver

925‰ — sterling silver.

Other legally recognized finenesses may be used where expressly identified in the relevant product description or quotation.

15. Gemstones and pearls

natural gemstones;
laboratory-grown gemstones;

treated gemstones;

A bespoke commission is the creation of an original jewel developed specifically for the customer. It is not a service for reproducing an existing jewel.

Every bespoke jewel created by Tatiana Marques Jewelry must retain its own:

19. Refusal of reproduction requests

Tatiana Marques Jewelry may refuse a request where:

the request may infringe a trademark;
the request may mislead another person regarding the origin of the jewel;
the request may constitute counterfeiting; or
the request would otherwise misuse another creator’s authorship.

The fact that an image is publicly available online does not mean that its design may be freely reproduced.

20. Customer-supplied content

By submitting an image, drawing, text, symbol, logo or other content, the customer confirms that:

they are entitled to provide it;
its use for the requested purpose is lawful;
it does not knowingly infringe another person’s rights; and
it may be considered as inspiration or project information.

Where the material is the customer’s own original work and a different use is required, that use must be expressly agreed in writing.

Tatiana Marques Jewelry may request further information or refuse to use material where its ownership or permitted use is unclear.

21. Intellectual-property ownership

Unless otherwise stated, all content created or made available by Tatiana Marques Jewelry is owned by Fairies Ceremony - Unipessoal Lda. or used with appropriate authorization.

23. Prohibited use of Tatiana Marques Jewelry designs

reproduce a Tatiana Marques Jewelry design;
ask another jeweler or manufacturer to reproduce it;
manufacture copies;
use sketches or renderings for production by a third party;
distribute technical drawings;
alter and commercialize a design;
create molds or digital models from the jewel for reproduction;
use photographs to market counterfeit or unauthorized products; or
represent another product as having been created by Tatiana Marques Jewelry.

24. Limited personal use of website content
