Shipping Policy
Tatiana Marques Jewelry is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with an efficient and secure service. Below, we present our Shipping Policy with all the details regarding the shipping process of your jewelry.
Shipping Time
Orders will be shipped within 24 to 72 hours after the purchase is completed. This period refers to the process of packing and shipping the jewelry, except for custom-made pieces or those with a specified shipping time.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for all orders made on our online store, up to a certain value, depending on the destination country. In Mainland Portugal, free shipping applies to orders over €100.
Orders will be shipped within 24 to 72 hours from the moment the purchase is completed. Delivery time may vary from 2 to 10 business days for Portugal and Spain.
For other countries, delivery time may be longer, ranging from 1 to 2 months, depending on the destination.
Shipping information and the minimum values for free shipping will be defined during the Checkout process, based on the destination country.
Order Information
We do not track orders directly and do not have access to additional information about their location, other than the tracking number provided by the carrier. If you would like to receive the tracking number for your order, please request it in advance before the shipping process is completed.
Carrier and Notifications
We work with the carrier NACEX for shipping orders. After dispatch, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer with the tracking number (when available). Please note that it may take up to 12 hours for the carrier’s website to be updated with tracking information.
Taxes and Duties
Shipping costs are covered by Tatiana Marques Jewelry, but any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply for international deliveries are not our responsibility and must be paid by the customer, as required by the relevant authorities.
Shipping Insurance
All orders shipped by Tatiana Marques Jewelry are insured during transit. Our responsibility for delivery ends when the order is delivered to the recipient or to another person at the specified address. We recommend that you sign the delivery receipt to confirm receipt. If the order is delivered to someone else at the provided address, we consider that the delivery has been made according to the carrier’s regulations.
Return Policy
Tatiana Marques Jewelry does not offer exchanges, except in cases of damaged products or manufacturing defects. If you wish to receive a different size or a completely different piece, it will be treated as a return.
Under Decree-Law no. 24/2014, consumers have the right to exercise the right of free resolution of a contract concluded at a distance, within 14 days of receiving the order. However, customized products are excluded from this right, as per article 17, paragraph c) of this decree-law.
Exceptions to the Right of Free Resolution
The right of free resolution does not apply to products made according to customer specifications or personalized products, including custom-made pieces. Therefore, these products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects or personalization errors.
Personalized Products
Personalized jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects or personalization errors. We recommend that, before confirming your order, you carefully check all specifications, such as size and personalization options, to ensure you are completely satisfied with your choice.
Tatiana Marques Jewelry reserves the right to make necessary corrections to ensure customer satisfaction, if feasible, taking into account the resources already spent on the production of the customized piece. Alterations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and may involve additional costs, depending on the complexity of the requested correction.
